The whole experience with the service at Big Yellow has been fantastic since I rang them the first time, Debby was a star to give me all the information needed and then on the storage day, Scott was brilliant to help me out with all the arrangements and guidance to this new service for me! The most accommodating, kindest group of people. We have had multiple issues on our side and the team at Big Yellow Storage Fulham has been so helpful and accommodating and just all around lovely. They make doing business here so friendly and I would highly highly recommend them to anyone. Scott, Carlos, and Helen have all helped us on different occasions and have been incredible.
Carlos, absolute legend, brilliant to manage my negotiation and really made big yellow appealing so I swapped from Access. Honest dealer and operator.Scott then move day managed the whole process including App installation to manage building. He also manages the wine cellars in the building and was very knowledgeable on showing me around! Excellent team.Helen made me 2 teas on two trips!
Absolutely amazing service and great value! Everything was done so quickly, and Jack truly went above and beyond. I was running late, and he was so helpful and incredibly patient throughout the whole process. Couldn’t be happier with the experience—highly recommend!
