I used Big Yellow Storage Battersea for about four months and had a great experience. I always felt that my belongings were safe, and the facility was clean and well managed.The staff were especially friendly and helpful. When I came back to the UK after 4 months, Roland helped me sort everything out and he is the one I reached out for any questions, David was always there when I needed help in the building, and Declan helped arrange my night access so I could get to my storage after 6pm.Overall, the team made the experience smooth and stress-free.
