Every time I come into Yello storage, I always have a very positive interaction with the staff. They are very warm and welcoming any problems I’ve had they have dealt with them promptly without any issues. I enjoy my time chatting to the ladies and find them very professional and welcoming every day.
At Big Yellow I came across Dorcas. She was an absolute delight helping me with information and procedures to get settled with the storage. Big Yellow is clean, accessable, have enough trollies and most importantly great customer service agents like Dorcas.
Dorcas, was both polite and professional. She talked me through process and helped me select a suitable unit. After that her customer service skills were exemplary as we went through the paperwork and payment process. I must say all staff were polite, but the Dorcas excelled.
