Dorcas, was both polite and professional. She talked me through process and helped me select a suitable unit. After that her customer service skills were exemplary as we went through the paperwork and payment process. I must say all staff were polite, but the Dorcas excelled.
Aleks and Dorcas were absolutely amazing. They were very helpful from the moment I’ve walked in, helped me every step of the way of getting me in the new storage unit. All in all they offered great customer service with smiles on their faces.
