Amazing staff and service. Moving is a stressful time for anyone. Big yellow staff have been exceptional in particular Stephanie and Lakeem who showed empathy and care whilst giving me the time to answer all my questions. From the initial call asking for a quote Stephanie held my hand throughout the process. Comparing quotes with other storage companies to ensure i got the best price. She also gave me recommended referrals to removals companies so they called me within a day with quotes. All of this removed the stress and legwork during a very difficulf time. On the removal day Lakeem took the time to explain everything whilst getting all the paperwork sorted and was just lovely during a time where i was emotional and overwhelmed. This level of humanity is rare. They are gems to the company and i hope they get recognised for exceptional customer service. Thank you big yellow i would highly recommend this branch in particular for storage.

Stellar service from Stephanie and Gary. Both were very informative when I was asking questions and incredibly helpful in sorting out any issue.They have a much friendlier, more relaxed, and positive approach to customers. They immediately put you at ease, ensuring you never feel rushed. Stephanie even remembered me, despite me not having been here for almost two years! While perhaps not that important to others, it truly shows how good and attentive she is.Gary was fun to talk to, yet highly professional at all times. I definitely recommend this branch—not just for the storage (which I assume is standard across all Big Yellow locations), but specifically for the outstanding experience these two individuals provide.
