I rented an 8m² storage unit from them a couple of years ago and it was great. Now I've rented one in Villaverde and the service, accessibility, and prices are unbeatable. Without a doubt, they're one of the best storage providers. They're also very flexible and the minimum stay is only a week, unlike most storage companies that make you stay for a whole month when you don't need it.
We needed to rent a storage unit for a move, but we weren't sure about the size since, although we had a lot of boxes, we barely had any furniture. From the beginning, Víctor explained the different types of storage units, sizes, prices, etc., and once we were at the storage facility, he gave us instructions over the phone on how to enter and move around the premises (since we couldn't arrange a day to meet in person). Everything was very straightforward, and he showed us two different sizes of storage units. He ultimately gave us one that's very accessible by freight elevator, and the whole process of getting there and moving everything was incredibly easy and convenient. 100% recommended.
Everything was perfect, clean, and very easy to access. Booking is simple, the access hours are very flexible, and they provide carts and trolleys. It met all my expectations. The price seems reasonable, especially considering the services offered and how well everything works.
