I contacted them first by phone. They explained the terms and conditions, and we scheduled an appointment to see the facilities. The person in charge explained everything perfectly, was very kind and patient with all our questions.After the visit and some consideration, we decided to sign up through their website. The next day, our sales representative contacted us with a very detailed explanation of the contract and how to sign up. They sent us everything to sign online, including the payment links—it was all very easy.Today was our first visit to the storage unit, and it went perfectly. We entered with our code, parked, and unloaded without any problems.We're very happy with everything and highly recommend them.
I booked a 3m² storage unit with TU Trastero, and everything was very easy and clear from the very beginning. The service was excellent; I always felt supported every step of the way. Even though I was traveling and couldn't keep up with the situation, they took the time to call and help me with everything I needed. I now have my storage unit thanks to the team, especially Víctor, who patiently guided and assisted me throughout everything! 100% recommended.
