Rent self storage from Cabe Trasteros

From the start, the experience was bad, but we needed a storage unit at the time. The entrance is tiny and very difficult to get in with vehicles. The door kept breaking, and nobody showed up to fix anything. The alarm was constantly going off all day, but there was no security. And when it came time to cancel, it was a nightmare. They don't answer; there's no way to contact them. They keep charging you and saying you have to give 15 days' notice, but even after giving that much notice, there's no response, and they keep charging you. Even though you keep paying and no longer use it, they re-rent it, so they double their profit. Honestly, it was awful. I absolutely do not recommend it.

I'm very happy with the service. The storage units are great. The ease of access with my mobile phone, without needing physical keys, and the customer service by phone or message are very satisfactory.
