Horrible. The automatic door doesn't open, and no one answers the phone on the customer service line. It's definitely not reliable, as you might go to get something and the door won't open... good luck! At least, that's been my experience.

Everything was very clean, but there aren't enough work vehicles.
Hi, I just wanted to comment that the small door in Terrassa doesn't open. It's a very difficult one (the pedestrian door) because it forces you to open the large car door because the other one is very difficult.
Misleading advertising. They don't meet the advertised dimensions.Before going there, I specifically called to confirm the storage unit's dimensions. They assured me they had: Storage unit #7 Height 2.50m Depth 1.3m Width 2.5m = 3.2m = €72.60. This one has one column across its width and height, so it's actually even smaller.Storage unit #113 Height 2.50m Depth 1.25m Width 2.8m = 3.5m = €77.44. This one has an air conditioning duct, so it's even shorter. Well, this week I went to the facility with a tape measure and personally verified that none of that is true.They advertise the storage units as being 2.50 meters high, but in reality, they barely reach 2.15 meters. The width, according to the ad, is 1.30 meters, but it's actually 1.15 meters. And the depth doesn't match either. In other words, you're paying for 3.20 m² or 3.50 m² when the actual space doesn't even reach 2.70 m².I measured the two remaining storage units, and neither matches the advertised dimensions. I filed a complaint, and they told me they wouldn't adjust the price or correct the measurements because "here in Terrassa, the ceiling height is 2.15 m" and that the advertised measurements are only approximate. Approximate? A difference of 35 cm in height and 15 cm in width isn't a small margin; it's a scam.They charge per square meter, but they don't give you the square meters they advertise. It's a clear case of false advertising. I absolutely do not recommend them.
