I used their storage units for a few months due to a move and was very happy with their services, both in terms of space, accessibility for loading and unloading, and the staff's service. I will definitely use them again when I need extra space.

These people don't seem to accept criticism, so the account I'm using to write this review isn't associated with this company, to avoid reprisals, which I'm not worried about anyway, to be honest. 1- I didn't like renting a car at this place, and I partially agree with the review that explains there's no one there if you have a problem, like with the access code. I had to wait until the next day for them to be in the office to sort it out and get in. It's terrible. In July and August, you couldn't even go inside the car park because it was like an oven. There's no ventilation, so there's a risk of fire if there are flammable materials or liquids stored inside. You don't know what's stored inside. They told me there's a place to wash vehicles, but it's almost always occupied by a van. It's always the same vehicle there; I think it belongs to the company. So you can't use the hose because it doesn't reach. I had to wash it at the self-service station. I can also confirm that the times I went to the restroom, it was dirty with papers on the floor and stained with urine. I also had to relieve myself at the self-service station. They're not the cheapest option, as they claim. I'm very dissatisfied!

ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY I don't recommend this company. Every six months they raise my bill. It's the worst I've ever experienced in this field. Keep in mind that the bill is received as (JAMONES SALAS) lol, which the company itself takes advantage of in the business world. I don't know to what extent it borders on illegality. The facility is unattended and unstaffed all day long. It's clear they aren't very clean; the place is quite neglected. The bathroom is filthy, and the trash can is always overflowing. Every other day they send emails announcing that the facilities can't be used on weekends because of maintenance work (SCAM). The alarm goes off by itself part of the day and night. It's very annoying to have that siren blaring 🚨 and doesn't make you feel safe at all. The maintenance staff are never there; they spend more time at the bar in the industrial park than at the facility, and if you try to contact them, they don't answer the phone. Do not store your caravan inside; they have damaged my caravan and refuse to cooperate with the cameras. Reported.
