Very happy with Tot Trasters. Very good attention from the owner: communication was fast and fluid, with very detailed instructions for everything and he answered all my questions very patiently and attentively. He offers different sizes of storage rooms and lockers with a very comfortable access system. The facilities look very new, everything is very well maintained and clean. 100% recommended!
I absolutely recommend it. We have rented 3 spaces in the storage room they have on Carrer Agricultura, in Terrassa and we are delighted. It is all very new, neat and freshly painted. There are many security measures and the space is comfortable and easy to use. For us, communication with the people in charge (in our case, Jesús) is also very important, which has been very easy at all times. He explains the access instructions very well and is always available in case you have any questions or problems arise. They have different storage room sizes.
I found Tot Trasters online, saw it had great reviews, and contacted Jesús. He was very friendly and helpful, giving me all the necessary information by phone and WhatsApp, including explanatory videos. The price was good, and the facilities were impeccable.If you're looking for storage, don't hesitate. In terms of facilities, price, and customer service, they're the best.
Jesús provided excellent service. The premises were spotless, everything in great condition, the storage units were clean and well-ventilated, spacious, and secure. It's easy to access by car and unload. They have a trolley and ladder if needed. Everything is very well organized and easy to use. I highly recommend it!
