The management and customer service leave much to be desired. The storage unit itself is great, but the person managing it is not. To switch from one unit to another, they deleted my access and credentials for my current unit because they "understand" that the change is immediate. Their terms and conditions allow for a 15-day grace period when a unit is canceled, so they based their decision on assumptions to remove my access instantly.

The storage unit isn't bad, but it's expensive for what it is. The facilities work normally until they have an internet problem and you can't get in. They lock you out for a few days, but if you're even a day late, they cut off your access until you pay, which isn't fair. The toilets don't work; if you need to use the restroom, you're out of luck. They're also in bad condition. I already complained to the manager, but he didn't care. I don't know why they ask us to complain if they're not going to do anything about it.

I'm very satisfied. It's very convenient, and above all, I have total freedom without being tied to a schedule. The app works wonderfully, and you have all the access points from it.

There's no cleaning, the restrooms are dirty, and the high-rise storage units don't have ladders or any kind of access accessories, which makes it difficult to access items in the storage unit when needed. Therefore, high-rise storage units are only useful if, from the time you sign up until the time you leave, you don't return to the storage unit at all. If you need to go back to pick up or put something away, it's mission impossible. There are two trolleys available for a storage unit with such large capacity, and one is broken, which complicates its use and availability. This is the first time I've seen that in a storage unit with high-rise cells, there are no accessories to access such heights. The service they offer could be greatly improved. I do not recommend it.
