A completely unacceptable experience. The storage unit flooded due to the poor condition of the facilities (a broken pipe located directly above the units), resulting in the total loss of all our stored belongings: clothes, a desk, a computer monitor, and other items.We immediately notified the establishment after discovering the flooding. They acknowledged the problem and said they would handle it with their insurance company, but ultimately the insurance company refused to cover the damages, and the establishment also refused to take any responsibility or offer any compensation.After months of trying to find a solution, they have not provided any effective response. They do not take responsibility for the state of the maintenance or for any damages this may cause to customers.I absolutely do not recommend this establishment: a real risk of losing your belongings without any liability.

Very spacious and accessible storage units. Parking for easy loading and unloading. Mobile technology for easy access without needing a key or codes. Carmen's excellent service.

The facilities are modern and very well maintained, with a wide variety of storage rooms, but what really makes this place special is the customer service. I want to highlight the professionalism and kindness of Carme, who has been attentive, approachable and very efficient at all times. A 10 service that transmits a lot of confidence from the first day! The experience has been excellent.
