Our experience has been and continues to be excellent. Laura has made it possible with her attention and interest in our needs. She has been very flexible with our requests and dates and has always been available via WhatsApp to help us with all the paperwork and answer any questions. Access is very easy, and being able to drive right up to the freight elevator is a great help. We found the price very reasonable.
Nice place, very well signposted, the lock was very secure. At first, I was worried it might activate and open on its own, but that didn't happen. In short, I would highly recommend the service.
I make an appointment with an agent, the system gives me an appointment for Saturday at 12:30 and when I arrive and see that there is no one there, I call by phone and they tell me that the person I am scheduled to see does not work on Saturdays... The street door is open without a key and without anything... Highly not recommended.
The entire facility is poorly cleaned. I went to wash my hands and everything smelled horrible, dirty, and there was no water. Sometimes it doesn't open. The other day I had to go home with what I was supposed to store because it didn't open. It was 11 p.m. I don't know if I can contact anyone in that case.
