From the start, the experience was bad, but we needed a storage unit at the time. The entrance is tiny and very difficult to get in with vehicles. The door kept breaking, and nobody showed up to fix anything. The alarm was constantly going off all day, but there was no security. And when it came time to cancel, it was a nightmare. They don't answer; there's no way to contact them. They keep charging you and saying you have to give 15 days' notice, but even after giving that much notice, there's no response, and they keep charging you. Even though you keep paying and no longer use it, they re-rent it, so they double their profit. Honestly, it was awful. I absolutely do not recommend it.

I was initially skeptical, but the security they demonstrated, the ease of opening via the app, and the quality of their facilities have won me over. I wouldn't change it for anything. A special thanks to Laura, the sales representative, who provided exceptional service and convinced me to give them a try. I highly recommend them.

The alarm has been blaring for most of the night, keeping everyone awake. Despite repeated calls from the police and neighbors to the contact numbers, an AI responded that the only option was to send an email so technical support could address the issue during normal business hours. What would have happened if there had been a robbery outside of normal business hours?Meanwhile, we're all still awake, and the alarm keeps blaring. What's the point of having an alarm then?
