I had bad experience with another storage space place, was left without storage space in the last minute, but thanks to the instant online booking and very fast and hassle free process of Cabe I am stress free and can take my flight now. Thank you, Cabe.I also like how I can choose my locker not just by size, but also by location, both in the city and inside the storage - top or bottom. Definitely will use only them from now on.

I rented a storage unit to keep my belongings during a move, and it more than met my needs. The price is reasonable, and it's clean and secure. The storage facility doesn't have staff; it operates with screens where you select your unit and unlock it automatically. I appreciated the fact that they provide a trolley for transporting items, completely free of charge for users.

On September 30, 2025, I terminated my contract with CABE TRASTEROS pursuant to Article 1124 of the Civil Code and Article 7 of the Civil Code, due to a breach of the good faith required in all agreements. I contracted for 2.4 m² and they assigned me a unit of 2.03 x 0.90 = 1.8 m², which is 25% less than the total contracted. They did not remedy the breach, so I resolved the issue by contracting the services of another company. To date, they have not refunded my money as required by Article 107.1 of the Consumer Protection Law and refuse to reimburse my card (which is the legally required procedure) or via Bizum, arguing that they lack the technology to do so.You can read the full story by searching "My mistake was trusting CABE TRASTEROS," which Google won't let me link to. It's likely that it will be disseminated by other media outlets that have already contacted me.ADDITIONAL NOTE On October 23, 2025, nine days after the legal deadline, the refund from CABE TRASTEROS appeared on the card I used to pay, a transaction they claimed they were unable to process via email on October 7, 2025 (see image above).CABE TRASTEROS asserted that they could not issue the refund to the card as required by Consumer Protection Law, which is clear evidence of malice and the intent to harm the customer who trusted in the professionalism of their services and who, instead, encountered a series of outrageous acts bordering on fraud. This was the final straw, confirming the progressive humiliation designed to obstruct the return of the money paid for services that CABE TRASTEROS never provided. #contract #fraud #humiliation
