The storage units look great, and their system seems practical. The only downside is that when you book, they tell you there's parking available, but the street line is blue, so you can get in, but you also risk getting stuck and not getting out. You can see what I mean in the pictures. Also, the cart they provide for unloading had extremely flat tires.I hope they fix these issues!For these reasons alone, I'm giving them 1 star. I hope they find a way to improve the entry, exit, and unloading process..........Today, Cristina, one of the assistants, contacted me, and I really appreciated her service over the phone. I truly appreciate that they take the time to address comments. Because of this, I've changed my rating of the service, but I still would have liked to be able to unload my belongings more easily and quickly.Thank you, Cristina, for your service!
