And then Mateo, the owner of Es Traster, showed up, and he was a true lifesaver.Although I didn't have this service specifically set up for bicycles, he picked it up for me with the utmost kindness. The service was exceptional, as if we'd known each other forever. Friendly, kind, decisive... in short, a lovely person.Thanks to him, I was able to enjoy my last day on the island with complete peace of mind. A very good experience with Es Traster. The storage units are clean, secure, and accessible 24/7, with a very convenient app for opening and closing without physical keys. The registration process is quick and everything is well explained from the beginning. Customer service has been excellent: they respond quickly and resolve any questions or issues. A highly recommended option if you need extra space in Palma, with reasonable prices and good maintenance.

I have rented 1m3 for my goods while moving my house. Booked online and provided payment by card easy. Then instant recieved contract with conditions and electronic key to access inside the storage and my box. 24 hours access. Good location. Inside is clean and no bad small. cancelled rental easy and recieved deposit back to my bank account next day.
