Twice this week there's been no power. This time it's been without power since yesterday; it's 12:30 on Saturday and I still can't get in. The girl told me at 10:00 that an electrician was coming. Nobody has been answering the phone for two hours or replying to emails. People who have tools or transportation to get to work, like bicycles, can't get in.
Evry time power cut my cycle stuck in cabe ... No light don't open gate ..wrost experience
A terrible experience. I was thinking of getting a bigger one from them, but definitely not. Today I notified them that I'm leaving because I'm fed up.- The freight elevator is often out of order (I rent a storage unit on the second floor, so I have to carry everything up).- It's far too hot.- It's always dirty.- And the worst part is that the power always goes out, leaving the storage unit unusable; you can't access it.I work organizing parties. I went there Friday night around 9:30 PM, since it's supposed to be 24/7, and the power went out, leaving me stuck in the freight elevator. They don't have 24/7 service. I called every number I could find, but no one answered. I thought that, being a business, they would have some kind of alarm or sensor to alert them that it wasn't working. I had the event scheduled for 11:00 AM on Saturday. I got up super early, and by 8:00 AM I was back outside the storage unit, thinking it would be fixed. To my surprise, I found a bunch of other users in the same situation, saying it wasn't the first time it had happened to them and that they were fed up—users like me who have their work tools inside and can't access them. A maintenance guy arrived around 10:30 or 11:00 AM. I arrived at the event around 12:30 PM, and obviously they didn't want my services anymore. I lost €250 of my earnings because of this place's poor management. From 9:30 PM until 11:00 AM the next day, the storage unit was out of service, and nobody told me anything.And it's not the first time the power and the freight elevator have been out.
