Yesterday I had a savior. I'd never rented a storage unit before, and in the chaos of the moment, I was stuck with a car full of boxes, having to drive quite a distance after dropping them off, only to find the storage unit door locked. I could see myself driving like that until they opened, but no... With a phone call, and even though they were eating lunch and it was their day off, someone very kind saved my day. They drew up the contract over the phone, guided me through the process of dropping off the boxes, and I was able to leave with complete peace of mind. Even a customer who went to their own storage unit gave me a ride and carried the rest of the boxes up. What should be such a cold experience as depositing belongings and memories in a closed space was transformed into something very pleasant. Thank you so much!!!
