I recently rented a storage unit from them and well.... You rent something with a specific number of square meters and then you have to reduce it by one because the door opens inwards.

I don't know what possessed them to think it was a good idea to put doors that open inwards into the storage unit! Subtract 1 square meter for the door from the square footage they advertise! I feel cheated.
