My experience has been excellent. Great service and very friendly at all times. It's a very safe place, easily accessible, and very comfortable to use. Thanks to all the MadBox staff, as they have always attended to my requests quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended. Happy New Year 2025 and may they continue to grow.
Guillermo is a complete disrespecter. Throughout the entire appointment, he treated us in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Despite letting us know in advance that we would be late (due to work schedules) and suggesting we reschedule, he was always rude and had terrible behavior. He even refused to open the storage unit we had requested. I repeat, unprofessional in every way. I don't know about storage units, but this man was the worst I've ever encountered as a person and a professional. I'm very disappointed by people like him. They lose a client.
I used one of MADBOX's storage units and loved it. The space is fantastic, very accessible, clean, and safe. The staff is very friendly and respectful. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a good place to store their belongings.
My experience at Madbox was excellent. Check-in and check-out were easy, with 24-hour security and clean facilities. Furthermore, the staff (Roberto and Guillermo) were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this service to anyone needing convenient and secure storage. Thank you for a great experience!
