I've been renting storage for a week now. Communication beforehand was excellent. The space I wanted wasn't available, but they were very helpful. When you call, they answer promptly and give you a good talking to. That's very convenient.

Clean and dry. Never felt like my belongings weren't safe or protected. Price is okay (bit on the high side, but it was worth it).

Good price. Quickly arranged and easy via the app. One minor point, however, was that our last 8m² unit was rented out to us, and upon arrival with our storage items, it turned out to be occupied by someone else. With a single phone call, the contract was quickly transferred to another unit, but there were no other 8m² units available last time, so that's something to keep in mind.
