I have been renting a box here for a year now and am super satisfied. The app we use to access the unit is super easy to use. The area around the storage is always clean, plus there are materials available to help keep things tidy and neat yourself. There is also a trolley available to easily transport items from the car to the box. Furthermore, the communication is excellent.I am very satisfied with everything.
To reinforce my home, I rented a storage unit at Storage Share in Veendam over a period of 12 months. During this time, I occasionally found myself facing a locked door; in such cases, a phone call to Storage Share was answered quickly, and the door was immediately opened remotely. The premises are clean, and the large carts make transporting your belongings much more pleasant than having to lug them by hand. All in all, I am very satisfied.
We rented a storage unit today. We were able to open the door using the app. We had unloaded everything and forgotten the key to the unit. We saw at the front that a unit was empty and a key was on the ground, so we put our items in there and locked it. We drove 20 km to pick up the next load and retrieved the key. We called an employee to let them know that we had temporarily put the items in the unit at the front and asked if there was also the possibility to go for that unit. Fortunately, that was possible. They are very flexible. The only thing is that the unit was slightly larger and, of course, cost a little more, so we had to draw up a new contract. I would recommend everyone to rent there. They are even reachable on Sundays. And very flexible.
The experience was great! Warehouse nice and spacious!Nothing wrong with it! Contact was also arranged quickly; I always received a quick response.
