The cancellation period is ridiculously long. I called about it and never heard back. For flexible storage, my advice is to look elsewhere for competitors who use calendar days instead of the start date + 1 month (in our case, it was actually 2 months + 3 days).
Neat and very convenient storage. We're also very happy with the carts you can use to store heavier items. Furthermore, the customer service is fast and friendly.
The space itself is tidy. The entrance door is quite narrow, however, and malfunctions occur frequently. The timer and lights in the back of the warehouse are minimal, meaning you'll be working in the dark for a few minutes.April 11: The timer hasn't been adjusted, and malfunctions at the door are still common. Outside office hours, it's impossible to reach someone who can help. The review was changed from four to two stars.
