Excellent storage space at a competitive price. The location is perfect for me. Communication with the Storage Share team is also very good.
I booked and paid for a space online, but it was never made available. I was told over the phone that there was space available, but not the one I had rented. Although I had a contract and confirmation email that even listed the space and unit number, I was never given access to the space or the building. I pointed out that since there was space available, they could offer it to me temporarily, and I could then move my belongings to the space I had booked later on my own. However, the company said this request could not be honored.Update: Five minutes after posting this review, I was contacted by one of the owners. This person mentioned numerous issues that were impossible and claimed there was a technical glitch that couldn't be resolved over the weekend because their website administrator wasn't working then. He did offer me a larger space than the one I had rented, but for more than double the monthly price of the original space. I declined and told him that I felt it was the right solution to temporarily offer me this space for the original price.This phone call further confirmed my conclusion:Conclusion: a lousy organization.
Quick and easy to arrange, within 5 minutes I had a box I could fit into. And this was done on a Saturday. I also received a call to check if everything had gone well. Excellent service.
