For me, the perfect location to store some materials and pursue my creative hobbies. Extremely easy to reach and accessible, while security is guaranteed. A bonus is the availability of a toilet, while the immediate surroundings of the garage box are kept neat, clean, and tidy.

Be extremely careful. Check the contract word for word and do not rely solely on verbal agreements. In my experience, these did not correspond with what was ultimately written down. Very disappointed.

Throughout the entire process, verbal agreements were made that were later suddenly denied or interpreted completely differently. It felt as if earlier promises were simply forgotten afterwards as soon as the contract was drawn up.When I received the lease agreement, I was shocked. It contained several clauses that, in my view, we never agreed upon and that were exclusively to the benefit of Garagebox Pijnacker-Nootdorp. Had I not checked the contract word for word, I would have been stuck with conditions that would be very detrimental to my business.Every time I asked questions about this, the explanation or the conditions changed again. Instead of transparency, I constantly got the feeling that agreements were being modified retrospectively. That has completely eroded my trust.Ultimately, the rental was terminated by them at the very last moment. As a result, I missed out on other opportunities and my company suffered unnecessary damage. What was most disappointing was the response afterwards. Instead of taking responsibility, I received an email painting a picture that I do not recognize at all. In my experience, previous verbal agreements were denied or misrepresented in them.To me, this way of doing business feels anything but fair and transparent. A contract should formalize the agreements made, not introduce new conditions on which no agreement was ever reached. My advice to everyone: read every letter of the contract extremely carefully and do not rely solely on verbal promises. Check everything multiple times before agreeing to anything. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not do business here anymore.

Extremely satisfied with Garagebox Pijnacker-Nootdorp! The service is excellent, Frans is friendly and helpful. The premises are well secured and you can tell that safety is a high priority here. The boxes are tidy. There is more than enough storage space in a box and everything looks well-maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a safe, spacious, and professional storage location.
