I have been renting a storage unit from them for several years. I am very satisfied; communication is very quick, and the space I rent is tidy. You are also informed well in advance if anything is going to change.
Renting the space was arranged over the phone within an hour. I spoke to a woman from 1box in Breda, who helped me perfectly with everything. I'm very satisfied with the operator and 1box self storage.
Excellent storage location. Modern access to the building; camera surveillance, you can unlock and open the front door via an app, the room itself with a key. The space is large enough, dry, clean, and easily accessible. The distance from the parking lot to the room is approximately 10 meters. Managers respond quickly, clearly, and friendly via both email and phone; telephone support for remote access is also fast. Good value for money.
