Top notch! We were able to get in quickly and the space was clean, dry, and easily accessible. Something even went wrong with the transfer, but we received excellent help and it was resolved quickly. If we need a space again, we will definitely come back.
Very poor customer service; I was accused of not having paid, even though this is done monthly via automatic transfer. The company's records were not in order, and I was denied access to my own locker. The lady also refused to check the records; she claimed it was all my fault and my bank's. She also said I could be committing fraud if I presented the debit as proof.A day later, the payment was suddenly processed after I sent a message to a colleague of the lady.Very unhelpful and unfriendly.
The place to be if you need to store some belongings! Friendly, fast service and no hidden costs like insurance or expensive padlocks. You can also rent by the week. This is not the case at many other places.
They have made access to your storage unit very easy. The lighting is top-notch, and there are even trolleys to move your belongings easily. Definitely recommended!
