This is a great place! Customer service second to none, fully recommended. They go to great lengths to suit your needs!
Very bad online service. I made an online purchase on the webshop. The order was supposed to be delivered the same day (as per the information on the website) but i never got any confirmation email or an order number. I paid for the order + delivery charges. The package was never delivered. And if I call they ask me to go the closest store and check the order myself. MAYBE it is there. I cant even cancel the order. what's the point of ordering something online if you need to go check it by yourself before it gets delivered?
