I was guided step by step from the size of the storage that suits my need up to contract signing and even the use of the Shurgard app. Very knowledgeable and polite staff. All my questions were answered immediately. Excellent customer service. Fast deal. Made my move easier!
I just got my locker today at binckhorst. And a very sweet lady named Angela helped me out. Showed me around and had a lot of patience. This might sound odd, but as I was giving her my details she noticed that my bday just passed and wished me happy bday. Although small, not everyone in customer service would pay attention to small details but not Angela. So I knew I was in good handsAfterwards, sadly my stuff got stuck in the elevator because the carriage moved from its position, but my buddy Michell came immediately to rescue and was so kind to not let me feel bad about the situation ( because off course I panicked that maybe I did something wrong) so truly the both deserves 5 stars.People get a locker for 100 of reasons, mine for sure is not an easy one and they made me feel so at ease, I am so grateful! Angela and Michel thank you so much again!
