Our son needed a storage container as he was changing accommodation. We contacted Shurgard Wassenaar the night before we needed it and reserved a space. The process involves registration, downloading an app and obtaining a code. We had to make several telephone calls and everyone we spoke to was excellent, clear, constructive and happy ( really nice talking to people who were there to help. We also received a call from Michel the next morning to check everything went well. Excellent service from start to finish, would highly recommend.

Angela was not only very friendly, but also super helpful. I flawless experience. I needed a 2m2 storage room asap, availability was great, even during summer break. Smooth online contract. Service was excellent in Dutch, English and she even switched to German for me.
