I’ve discovered that my experience of having possessions damaged and missing isn't an isolated incident—there is a growing community of people in the Netherlands sharing identical stories of "missing" property and dishonest communication. Do not be fooled by the standard "we tried to resolve reach out" or "there are two sides to every story" boilerplate responses they post under all negative reviews. Before you trust them with your belongings, I strongly urge you to look into the FB page search for "Boxie24 Victims" to see the documented evidence for yourself first. It is not worth the risk of losing your property to a team that operates this way.

The guys were nice and had everything done quickly! There were some loose clothes bags that weren’t allowed to go in the storage, because it’s not stable, but that was on me for not checking properly and in the end they still took some stuff that were stable enough so that was also really nice.

I recently used Boxie24 to store my things during a move, and overall, I was really happy with the service. The pickup and drop-off were convenient, and the staff were friendly and professional. Everything came back just as I left it. There was a slight delay with scheduling, but communication was good and they handled it well. I’d definitely use them again for future storage needs.

Super efficient pick-up and delivery. The drivers are very friendly and take good care of your belongings. Michael from Customer Service was always quick to answer my calls and questions, offering genuine help. Keep in mind that with pick-up and delivery, the driver will call you approx 30-45 min before they arrive at your address, so make sure to keep your day free :)
