I regrettably had a bad experience entrusting my belongings, including power tools to Boxie24 for storage. Be warned.Upon retrieving my items, the locks of my tool boxes had been tampered with, their contents (power tools) missing, and four entire tool boxes (with more power tools) were nowhere to be found. When I confronted Boxie24 about these issues, they attempted to deflect blame by suggesting that I had not provided a paper copy of the inventory.This allegation was false. I had provided them with a physical inventory copy to the drivers upon collection and a backup email copy with photos, both signed and dated. However, Boxie24 denied receiving the paper inventory. They told me via email that they "trust the drivers and do not follow up on missing paperwork". They were also not able to answer my question about why photos were not taken of my items on collection. It is company policy to take photos but this was not done in my case.If Boxie24 staff do dishonestly claim missing paperwork then where is the protection for the customers if there is no follow-up?Later I discovered that some of my missing tools were being sold in a second-hand store located in the same town as my storage unit. This undeniable evidence confirmed my suspicion that my belongings had been taken while under Boxie24's care. Police investigators confirmed that my case is not the first with this company.Boxie24 claim two sides to the story in the google review comments but their side continues to blame me on a lie that they did not receive my paperwork. They have done nothing to help despite the undeniable evidence I have given them. I can strongly recommend that you do not use this company.

V good customer service, helpful, courteous. Works as advertised, no issues. Only 4* and not 5 because limited choice of pickup dates

I have really appreciated Boxie24 services so far, speed of reaction to messages, help, and service is fantastic. They pick up your stuff as soon as possible and the pick up times are conveniently organised.

Requested their services on a sunday because i had to move Monday. On monday, they had organised collection of my bags and items. Great service!!
