Neat boxes and accessible 24/7
On Thursday, we called to take an option on a box, as the website stated. We were told this wasn't possible, but that it wouldn't be a problem since we were the "only" interested. We asked for a viewing and were told we'd be called back. We hadn't heard anything by Friday, so we called again, but no, we had to wait a bit longer. Then, on Saturday, we were called to schedule a viewing, and we went. Monday morning, we called again to rent the box. Suddenly, it was rented to someone else. In fact, it had already been rented that Friday, and we were invited to view a box that was no longer available. It's a shame they handled it so poorly.
