We have been renting one storage warehouse in Zoetermeer for a week now. Upon initial contact, I immediately noticed that the employees are eager to think in terms of solutions. For instance, we had requested an 8m² warehouse, but it was not available. The employee came up with the idea of taking two 4m² warehouses instead. When we arrived at the warehouse, it turned out that one of the warehouses was already occupied. After contacting the employee by phone, he immediately looked for another available warehouse, and after a brief consultation, he provided us with two warehouses next to each other.We are very satisfied with the help provided by the employees.
Fast, good, and personal communication. Everything arranged within a few minutes. Cheaper than the average storage. Had problems with an access door that wouldn't open via the app. Called and it was resolved within 2 minutes. Clean building, carts inside to transport your belongings to your box. Great!
