Randomly changes the access code to your storage and on weekends, they can’t help you. 1000km from Switzerland just to end up locked out of my own storage. And when you call the help line, they tell you there’s nothing they can do to help. Being told by a help line staff to "stop talking" before he hangs up on you is UNACCEPTABLE. NEVER AGAIN! Worst storage company ever.
