I've been with the XlBox in Zoetermeer from the very beginning. I've had excellent experiences. My belongings are kept warm, dry, and safe. It's a great place to welcome my students and start their lessons. I can also work here for maintenance on my vehicles. It's well-lit. There are restrooms, which are also kept clean. The prices are good considering the amenities you get. A great feature is that you have 24/7 access to your box/storage.
Neat storage with attractive boxes. Both floors are accessible by car and van.
I bought speakers from XLBox. I've had very bad experiences with this company. I was promised a 10-year warranty on the speaker doors. Within a year, there have been three defects. The warranty is nonexistent. Emails about this are ignored.
I haven't had a good experience with XlBoxNederland. The purchased garage was never rented out, for an unknown reason. It takes a long time to sell a garage, and they're difficult to reach. They don't respond to emails, or only respond very slowly. Administrative issues have gone awry. I'm glad it's resolved.
