Everything good with the rent of the van, but such an impolite and passive-aggressive guy at the desk. Man, if you don't feel it, just quit, don't be rude with customers!

I used their car rental services twice. The have great service, they provide you with all details necessary concerning the rental. Clean cars, in a great condition. Definitely I would suggest anyone to use their services. They have a variety of insurance options that concerns the deposit you need to pay for the rental, that is totally up to the customer. 5 easy stars.

I’ve rented from Bo-Rent Ypenburg twice now, and while the vehicles and pricing are perfectly reasonable, the customer service leaves much to be desired. On both occasions, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from the staff. From belittling comments to unprofessional handling of documents and keys (e.g., throwing back my driver's license and dropping the keys instead of handing them over), the experience felt unnecessarily unpleasant.Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, at least not to this location.

Extremely racist behaviour. I usually rent from the store in delft, and I was referred to this store because the delft location had no available cars. When we arrived at this location, they did not bother to look into the international license that I’ve always used at the delft location, instead throwing it back at me on the table and saying “how do you expect me to read this”. For context, the international license is based on an Arabic country license, but is written in English and a bunch more languages because it is valid all over the world. Never going to this place again. Horrible employees
