I do not recommend the services of 1 BoX. I rented a unit in Rijswijk and paid for 2 months. In mid-January I cancelled the unit and took all my things away by the end of January. Then the problem arose. Every month I get a new invoice that I want to pay and I seriously don't have the nerves or patience for it. I spoke to 3 people on the phone who told me that everything is closed. They will not want anything more from me. 2 weeks later I received another invoice for the next month. I seriously don't know how to get rid of them. They still want something from me. I seriously don't have the strength for it! I don't intend to pay them anything. I'm not paying for something I don't use anymore! It's a big scam on people. I don't intend to waste my time with them anymore and if I get another invoice, I will file a lawsuit against you for harassment!!!! scammers!!!!
