I have just started a storage box collaboration and have signed the contract, so at this point I cannot yet give a fully relevant opinion about the garage itself. I truly hope everything will run smoothly.However, I would like to highlight that all communication regarding the garage including my request to view the space before deciding on the size was handled by MariLena S.In my six years of living in the Netherlands, I have honestly never experienced such kindness, patience, and genuine support from someone working in customer service, especially at such an early stage before even entering into business.I was truly impressed by her professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help. It made a significant difference in my decision making process.If she ever decided to change careers, I would hire her immediately.

The best people, the best service, excellent facilities! I totally recommend it. And the prices are perfectly reasonable.

We made an appointment last week for today 11am, they called me 10:56 to let me know that due to personal circumstances the guy in the storage is not available to open the door and show us the space ! I’ve traveled all the way here! They even told me seriously don’t be late to the appointment in the phone call!!! Am I the only fool? What a service! I gave them one star is just because the guy on the phone is nice!

I rented a storage unit for about five months and had a great experience. The staff at the Den Haag office are incredibly friendly and helpful. Even when we forgot to renew our rental, they kindly assisted us and restored our access. The storage facility is centrally located, clean, secure, and easy to access. Highly recommended!
