Made a storage unit reservation couple days ahead. When I arrived, I 've been told no storage is available and my reservation has been canceled by bo rent half an hour ago. Terrible service.
I have rented from Bo-Rent many times, and Hilmar always makes the reservation and pick-up step a very pleasing experience. His kind and easy-going treatment, even with reservation issues, is much appreciated. Every time, I tell myself he is an ideal customer-facing employee.
Been here a few times to rent a van for moving. Always a great experience, store manager (has been working there for ages) always has a big smile and is very helpful and friendly. Checkin and checkout process is simple and quick, cars are good and for a fair price.
