Been here a few times to rent a van for moving. Always a great experience, store manager (has been working there for ages) always has a big smile and is very helpful and friendly. Checkin and checkout process is simple and quick, cars are good and for a fair price.

The scenario: I need to lift something heavy in my workshop. Heavy in this case equals 265 Kgs.Impossible to lift such a weight without assistance but an engine hoist would do the job. So I hire one for a long weekend; Friday 15:00 until Monday 10:00Herein lies the problem, the amount to pay shown on the website is ‘only a guide’, not a true figure.Me being a professional in terms of punctuality I show up early at the location, queues are short and progress is made. But my collection time is noted as 14:44 and not 15:00 or beyond.This simple alteration - collection at 14:44 and not 15:00 - wasn’t highlighted at the time of signing and magically shifts the hire agreement from the advertised long-weekend deal to 2.6 times the daily rate - the difference being the initially advertised €71.61 morphing into €108 plus change.Now I don’t mind paying the agreed charges, but feel cheated when suddenly the deal changes and you’re not informed.Returning the equipment, followed by 40 minutes of phone calls to put things straight, eventually leads to three credit notes bringing the costs down to the long-weekend rate.Moral: be careful and don’t be too early.

We have been here 3 times for hiring and got both trucks and cars. It can be a little busy sometimes to pick up keys in the morning but otherwise it's really good. Easy to hire, really good price, once we also had free upgrade once to a bigger truck. Will continue to hire from here.
