A great set up. Punch in your code (to switch off the alarm on your unit, drive in, drop off / pick up your stuff, punch in your code once again (to switch the alarm back on). Easy, clean and very helpful staff. Used it for over 2 years and never faces any issues.
The staff is friendly but un-capable to deal with the mouse situation they are facing in the warehouse. A big amount of my books stored in their ALLSAFE was half eaten by the mice. There was shit and pee from mice everywhere when I went to my storaged belongings. I had to buy new boxes because my boxes were distroyed by the mice. I asked for a refound for the 10 Euros spent on the new boxes I didn’t get an answer. Heartbreaking.
Went to park my car while my friends were busy organise yhe storage. Got a 90€ fine for an "alarm". Outrageous
