Absolutely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment twice, and both times, the employee never showed up. Instead of admitting the mistake, he lied, saying he called me (he didn’t) and then tried to blame me for being in the wrong place—when I was exactly where I was told to be.To make things worse, when I spoke to the manager, instead of offering a solution, he asked me, “What do you expect me to do?” Excuse me? You messed up, so you should be coming up with an alternative, not putting it on me to fix your incompetence.If this is how they treat customers before even signing up, I can only imagine how unreliable they are with actual storage. Stay far away from this place.

Clean and fresh storage facility. Compared to most storage facilities this one almost feels like inside a house since it has carpeted floors and it's like 22 degrees in there. Had no problems getting a unit. Pricy since it's in the middle of the city, but still an okay deal.The only confusing part is that the entrance is from James Wattstraat, not Wibautstraat. They share an entrance with Wibaut college, and the signage is pretty poor (you take an elevator down that needs a code, it's a bit secret agent style haha). Just make sure to call them when you get there for your appointment, they don't really tell you that either.

Both Gio (or similar sounding name) and his colleague were very helpful in setting up my storage. They were able to find space that exactly fits my requirements. Very clear on communicating on how the whole thing works, what to do and what not to do! Very surprised with their hospitality and competence. Thank you both

Very bad expérience with this company, not serious, liars, i really don't recomand at all !
