I am very satisfied with their service. From the moment I entered the reception to the moment I was guided to my storage room, the employee who helped me gave me all the instructions I needed and was very professional and polite. He helped me with the app, which is a great feature at this facility. It allows you to share the access with another person and it allows you to open the main door. I am student, so it was very good to have someone to help and the storage room was a perfect fit for my belongings. I would recommend this service to everyone who is looking for a reliable and attentive service.

Amazing costumer service!! Everything is super easily done with the app, there’s products available at location that you can purchase to help with your move (such as a mattress cover, boxes etc), and paul is there to guide you through the process upon purchase so that if you have any questions you immediately have help. by the time you need to make use of your storage facility you will be well prepared!!

I truly appreciate the excellent service. The manager was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. The environment was clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the electric lock—it was very convenient and made me feel safe storing my belongings.

I really like their services from the telephone conversation to the in person experience. It is the best so far. Paul was very understanding and patient with us he took his time to explain things to my understanding. That's good customer service. Accessibility to place too is easy. They have a very neat place. Overall I really like this place.
