Administration is not the greatest
I've been renting my storage unit from Voorbeen Boxx for five years, now a storage share in Zuidoost. The service is outrageous! Don't rent here!!! They're shooting up their prices again by almost 25%! Access until 11 PM, and when I arrive at 10 PM, everything is locked up; I can't open anything. There's no customer service, and the woman on the emergency line doesn't give a damn. I waited 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone. I rented a van to pick up my things, which was a waste of money because NO ONE helps. Apparently, I'll also lose my deposit if I leave, because Boxx is the one who's bankrupt. I had to ask for it myself. All in all, DO NOT RENT HERE! Poor service, poor communication, poorly maintained storage units, and ridiculous price increases without explanation!
Convenience ok. After being taken over the communication improved significantly. Fair priced. Entrance via telephone, works fine.
