Rented a storage unit quickly and easily, no hidden fees, great customer service. Excellent value for money. The storage itself: clean, dry, and easily accessible. Very satisfied.
Everything was quickly arranged and fixed, which was very nice. Until I arrived from another location with my car full of things, and the old lock was still on the box, so I couldn't get in. It was a Friday afternoon, and no one was at the branch. I called and waited a long time before someone could come, but of course, it took at least 30 minutes. They had made a mistake, which of course can happen, but it cost me extra time and made me late for work.
We were happy with their services until this happened recently: Came here on a Sunday only to find the swipe card not working as they have wrongly locked our access!! The office closes on weekends so no one could help us. It was frustrating as it wasn't supposed to happen, a total waste of our time and money to transport here. So next Monday we had to make time again to come here, the receptionist was very cold, she unlocked our card but no apologies for their error, which left a bitter taste for us :( I hope they can improve the procedure and customer service experience.
