We have rented here for 2 years (fortunately, we are finally moving). A good price, but this is what you get in return:- a break-in (no camera footage) - a door that regularly won't open - you can't reach them by phone (they do have a queue, but you can wait forever) - suddenly put a barrier in front of the door, meaning you can no longer get your car in front of the door (eventually we managed to get that sorted, but only after months of emailing) - often no power (so no elevator or lights at those times)As I write this review, we are standing in front of a door that doesn't work for the umpteenth time and have been number 1 in the ‘queue’ for a very long time, so this is a good time to share this.
The building looks deserted. I've been here for a while and always found it awful, but today was the icing on the cake. I stood at the door for an hour because I really needed to get in, but the doorbell was broken and I couldn't open the door. I waited on the phone for an hour to speak to someone, but I ended up going home. The next call I'm going to make is where I'm going to cancel my subscription.
Uitstekend prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Prettige communicatie. Werd altijd snel gereageerd in communicatie maar ook bij reparatie verzoek. Aanrader.
