The storage facility is very close to us. The prices are reasonable, renting is quick, courteous and hassle-free, and access is possible without a key. (...with a phone call, the building entrance opens automatically – 24/7) We also receive immediate and quick information and explanations in the event of access problems (e.g. due to road construction)!The basement compartments (we have XS) are clean, everything is well monitored and very tidy. There are even transport trolleys in the basement (like at IKEA!) ;-)

The roller shutter hasn't opened for over a week, making the storage units inaccessible for large/heavy items. As usual, this company is shirking responsibility. Disgusting!

Deferred maintenance, leaks, broken doors, zero communication, and a complete lack of accountability. Unsafe, unreliable, and unprofessional—it doesn't get much worse than this.
