Overall my experience was reasonable. During the time that I was renting it was pretty good. They are understaffed, but the staff that is there is friendly and helpful.I previously gave 1 star, but just changed it to 3 stars. The 1 star was because they did not return my deposit. Eventually after this initial review they transferred the money. It took a bunch of phone calls/emails and 6 weeks on top of the 6 weeks that are in the contract to get it back.Without the deposit debacle the rating would have been higher since they have reasonable prices and offer a van to rent out which came in handy (some free hours included). I feel that I'm still sort of generous with 3 stars.Allsafe, please don't make your customers chase you to get their deposit back. I will give you the benefit of the doubt that this is not your regular approach (because I can't prove it) but I did get some lame excuses to not transfer the money which to me felt like techniques to delay things. The fact that I needed to reach out several times to you to get my money back does not make you look good.
