The place is a maze. I saw mice around despite a lot of traps and things to keep them under control.It was almost impossible to find a cart. the place lack good signs e everything was impossible to find, the elevator damaged, the ones working slow and annoying to use for moving.we had to call to ask for a new storage because we couldn’t find ours.It took us way too long a full afternoon lost in something that should have been very simpleReally bad place!
Started with Opslagman. Never a problem. Then Shurgard took over. Only problems ever since. On top of it all them raising the price by 30%! Seriously considering moving storage spaces! If you’re new and considering Shurgard, I would highly recommend finding another place because next year you might see the price raised by another 30% since they have the right to do so.Whole storage unit was full of mice and rats. With Opslagman they always had traps and poison everywhere. But with Shurgard, they’ve taken those away. I never had any problems with mice and rats before. I contacted customer service about this but I never heard back from them. All of my stuff is covered in poop and pee and is bitten through.
A maze that is impossible to navigate and the information they give you is not helpful. They said they would give me a discount since it took me 2 hours to find my unit. They kept saying it would come as a refund, and never did. Do not recommend.
