I know it sounds a bit absurd to write a review for a company from which I didn't receive anything - but I had a great customer service experience that I wanted to highlight.On Thursday of last week I ordered a pack of 20 moving boxes, with scheduled pickup at the Allsafe in Weesp. On Friday however - I realized that my wife & I would be able to transport the things we needed to transport without the boxes.I emailed Allsafe asking if we could cancel the order, or else sell them back to Allsafe at a discount as unused boxes or something. Their customer service got back to me quickly and were happy to cancel the order and refund my payment.They didn't have to do this. Nice to have a pleasant customer service experience like this!
The first time i was here it was perfect, but today I am here for the second time and there is no shampoo. Just water
It is a very clean and safe area, especially if you wanna keep a car safe from rust for decades. Their prices are also reasonable. They rent a safe box 1m×2m approx for less than €10 monthly. The problem is that they did not allow me to use their place without registered number plate and insurance. So if you wanna keep an old timer (a car that doesn't run), you have to fix it, get APK, register it, insure it, and then you can use their facilities(paying €250~€300 rent) Just imagine how hard it is if you have a 1930 Ford.
